Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Baruipur, with flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will lead the design of visually stunning, intuitive, and seamless digital experiences for Memow’s applications. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and setting the standard for design excellence within the company. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for Memow Main and Memow Partners, from conceptualization to final implementation. Create visually compelling designs, high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align with Memow’s brand and product vision. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and continuously improve user experience. Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to enhance product innovation and usability. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and design excellence within the team. Qualifications & Skills No formal degree required —if you have the skills and a strong portfolio, we want to hear from you. 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on photography, social connectivity, or creative applications. Exceptional proficiency in visual design, wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-quality mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design methodologies, user research, and usability testing. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions for web and mobile applications. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with experience presenting design concepts to stakeholders. Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. Experience in photography and/or social connectivity platforms is highly desirable.
