Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator located in Bandra. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, planning and executing social media strategies, and engaging with the audience on various social media platforms. Daily tasks include content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring social media metrics, and collaborating with the digital marketing team to optimize social media campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

  • Write clear, compelling, and creative captions tailored for different platforms.
  • Video Editing & Graphic Design:

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media (Reels, YouTube, campaign promos).

  • Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and motion content.
  • Social Media Research & Strategy:

  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media formats.

  • Suggest innovative campaign ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Community Management:

  • Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions to build community engagement.

  • Assist in influencer coordination and brand collaborations.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track performance of posts, campaigns, and ads.

  • Provide weekly/monthly insights with actionable recommendations.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    social media management, content creation, or video editing

    .
  • Proficiency in tools like

    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or CapCut

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube trends & algorithms

    .
  • Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.


Salary

12k-16k Per Month
