𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

We are hiring a Social Media Coordinator to support daily social media operations, manage posting schedules, and maintain performance data. This is a junior role ideal for candidates with 3 months–1 year of experience who want to grow in digital marketing.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Schedule and publish posts as per the content calendar.

• Maintain organized records of posts, captions, creatives, and performance metrics.

• Monitor engagement and assist in creating weekly/monthly reports.

• Coordinate with design/content teams for timely creatives and captions.

• Handle basic community management (comments, messages).

• Research trends, competitors, and content ideas.

• Share posts across relevant groups to increase reach.

• Support the social media team in daily operations.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:

• 3 months–1 year experience in social media/digital marketing.

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to maintain data sheets (Excel/Sheets).

• Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and take ownership.

• Canva knowledge

• Basic analytics understanding

• Awareness of trending formats (Reels, Shorts, Memes)
