As a Social Media Manager at our company, your role will involve creating and maintaining a strong online presence to enhance brand awareness. You will develop and implement online marketing strategies tailored to our target audience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Social Media Management: - Regularly posting on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other company platforms. - Ensuring timely execution based on the pre-planned content calendar. - Audience Engagement: - Managing comments, DMs, and interactions on all social platforms to increase community engagement. - Enhancing audience interaction and fostering positive brand recall. - Google Reviews Handling: - Monitoring and updating Google Reviews. - Collaborating with the team to address both positive and negative feedback in a professional manner. - Calendar Management: - Maintaining and updating the Social Media Calendar with upcoming posts, campaigns, and special occasions. - Photoshoot Coordination: - Coordinating with internal teams and photographers for shoot schedules. - Ensuring smooth execution of shoot days by managing pre and post-shoot requirements. - Team Coordination: - Serving as a point of contact between social media, design, and production teams. - Assisting with basic coordination tasks to facilitate seamless departmental communication. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. - Previous experience as an Intern or social media coordinator. - Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.,
