Social Media Coordinator

Location: Coimbatore (Onsite)

Salary: ₹3,60,000 per annum (₹30,000 per month)

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow AHAM Group’s presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, knowledge of trending formats, and the ability to engage audiences effectively across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and schedule social media posts across all platforms.

• Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories, captions, hashtags).

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect content—events, testimonials, achievements, activities, etc.

• Monitor social media performance and analyze insights to improve reach.

• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

• Plan and execute basic ad promotions when needed.

• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn algorithms.

• Basic skills in photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.).

• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.

• Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.

• Strong sense of storytelling and audience engagement.
