Key Responsibilities Counsel students regarding courses, universities, and career options Explain visa processes, program eligibility, timelines, and documentation requirements clearly Follow up with potential leads via calls, emails. Maintain detailed records of candidate/student interactions and progress Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures Stay updated on country-specific immigration rules, education systems, and visa regulations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
