Education Counsellors

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to students and parents to promote study abroad services.
• Respond to inquiries regarding courses, universities, visa procedures, and application requirements.
• Explain country-specific visa rules, documentation, and admission timelines.
• Regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to convert leads into walk-ins.
• Schedule appointments for students with senior counsellors or admission officers.
• Track and update lead status using CRM or internal systems.
• Maintain organized records of student profiles and counselling history.
• Understand each candidate’s academic profile and study preferences
• Meet daily/weekly metrics related to calls, appointments, and conversions.
