Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counsellor at our Pune location. The Education Counsellor will guide students in making educational and career decisions, offer personalized advice, and help them identify appropriate courses and programs. Responsibilities include assessing students' needs, providing insightful consultations, supporting them throughout the application process, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong skills in Communication and Career Counseling
• A solid understanding of the education domain
• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust with students
• Minimum Bachelor's degree and experience in Education, Counseling, or a related field will be preferred
