Social Media Content Strategist

Location:- Kotla, South Delhi

Job Summary:


We’re looking for a creative, insight-driven Social Media Content Strategist who knows how to beat the Instagram algorithm, thinks like a creator, and creates thumb-stopping content ideas that align with our brand voice. You’ll lead content ideation, planning, and performance strategy — working closely with our design and marketing teams to build an aspirational, fashion-forward social media presence.


Key Responsibilities:


• Platform Strategy:


Develop and execute data-driven strategies primarily for Instagram (Feed, Stories, Reels), and secondarily for Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.


• Content Ideation:

Generate original, out-of-the-box content ideas (especially Reels) that are aligned with what’s trending, but still feel elevated and brand-appropriate.


• Algorithm Intelligence:

Stay updated on Instagram’s ever-evolving algorithm and ensure content is optimized for reach, engagement, and growth.


• Performance Analysis:

Track and report KPIs (reach, saves, shares, comments, growth, etc.), and iterate strategy based on what works and what doesn’t.


• Collaborations:

Identify and work with influencers, stylists, and creators for strategic brand collaborations and co-created content.


• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with photographers, videographers, designers, and stylists to bring ideas to life.

Social media algorithms, platform updates, and best practices.


Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media content strategy or content marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, or luxury retail.

• Deep understanding of Instagram’s algorithm, insights, and best practices (especially for Reels).

• Proven ability to spot content trends early and translate them into high-performing ideas.

• Strong visual and editorial sense — must understand luxury aesthetics and brand tone.

• Basic knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Notion, Canva, or similar).

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Bonus: Experience in on-camera content, influencer marketing, or paid social strategy.
