Social Media & Content Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy &its execution:

• Develop monthly content calendars for Outfield and clients
• Shoot , edit and upload content on respective platforms
• Write creative captions, posts, and campaign ideas aligned with brand tone
• Generate reel/story ideas based on trends and audience insights
• Generate ideas and execute for event content

Client Social Media Management:

• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring brand consistency
• Post content regularly across platforms (Instagram, youtube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Handle engagement (DMs, comments, interactions) for Outfield and clients
• Coordinate with BD & Ops team for client inputs and approvals

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth)
• Create monthly reports for clients with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Experience in social media management/content creation
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Instagram, youtube ,LinkedIn, and sports culture
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
• Basic familiarity with Canva, scheduling tools ,video editing tools like vn/capcut/premier pro
