The Social Media & Content Executive will manage Outfield’s and client brands’ digital presence, creating engaging content and building strong online communities. This role requires both creativity and structure — someone who can plan content calendars, write compelling copy, coordinate with the creative team, and analyze performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy &its execution: Develop monthly content calendars for Outfield and clients Shoot , edit and upload content on respective platforms Write creative captions, posts, and campaign ideas aligned with brand tone Generate reel/story ideas based on trends and audience insights Generate ideas and execute for event content Client Social Media Management: Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring brand consistency Post content regularly across platforms (Instagram, youtube, LinkedIn, etc.) Handle engagement (DMs, comments, interactions) for Outfield and clients Coordinate with BD & Ops team for client inputs and approvals Analytics & Reporting: Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) Create monthly reports for clients with insights and recommendations Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field Experience in social media management/content creation Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Knowledge of Instagram, youtube ,LinkedIn, and sports culture Ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines Basic familiarity with Canva, scheduling tools ,video editing tools like vn/capcut/premier pro Qualities We Value: Storytelling ability and creative thinking Organized with an eye for detail Passion for sports and content creation
