About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing StockDaddy’s social media presence across platforms, creating engaging content, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. About 80% of your role will focus on handling social media strategy and execution, while 20% will involve supporting marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
· Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).
· Draft and design posts, reels, and stories aligned with StockDaddy’s brand identity.
· Manage and update the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
· Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to optimize strategies.
· Respond to queries, comments, and messages to maintain strong community engagement.
· Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
2. Marketing Support
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals.
· Assist in creating promotional materials, ad creatives, and campaign strategies.
· Support branding initiatives by ensuring content consistency across online and offline channels.
· Provide inputs to improve marketing campaigns and student engagement strategies.
3. Collaboration & Innovation
· Work closely with design, operations, and sales teams to develop creative content ideas.
· Stay updated with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and trends.
· Suggest innovative ideas to boost brand visibility and audience growth.
Key Qualifications and Skills
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
· Experience: 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; experience in edtech/finance/stock market domains is a plus.
· Creativity: Strong ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
· Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, content design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar), and scheduling tools.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze performance data and optimize strategies.
· Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a proactive approach.
