Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Greater Noida West.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop, create, and publish content (text, images, videos, stories, reels) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand voice.

·        Monitor social trends and adjust content strategy to maximize engagement and reach.

·        Schedule and post content using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).

·        Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.

·        Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.

·        Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.

Requirements:

·        Proven experience as a social media content creator or in a similar role.

·        Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).

·        Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

·        Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and platform algorithms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience in photography, video editing, or influencer marketing is a bonus.
