PANHA is a safe and anonymous platform supporting individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. Driven by a strong 6000+ peer support community and a passionate team of 100 changemakers, PANHA aims to provide essential mental health services. These services include an anonymous chat platform, human buddy peer support, AI-driven buddy support, and counseling therapy sessions. PANHA addresses various challenges such as assault, harassment, academic pressure, anxiety, and depression, striving to create a compassionate, supportive community for mental health.

Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and managing content for PANHA’s social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging posts, scheduling content, interacting with the community, and analyzing social media metrics. They will also develop strategies to increase PANHA’s online presence and support the organization's goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Graphic Design
Skills in Copywriting, Creative Writing, and Content Strategy
Knowledge of Social Media Analytics and Digital Marketing
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with mental health topics and advocacy is a plus
