We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes hospitality and events, someone who can notice the little moments guests remember for years, and turn them into content that sets us apart.

What you’ll do

• Create daily photo, video, and short-form content across all Happy Retreats properties.
• Build story-driven posts that highlight celebrations, guest moments, behind-the-scenes action, and the soul of each venue.
• Work closely with the operations and events teams to capture real-time happenings.
• Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and reels.
• Shape the creative direction as we reposition the brand.
• Spot content opportunities during events, weddings, corporate retreats, and guest experiences.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across platforms.

What we’re looking for

• Someone who genuinely loves hospitality, people, and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially reels and short-form formats.
• Ability to shoot content with a phone or camera and turn it into clean, engaging edits.
• Comfortable being on the ground at the properties and capturing things as they unfold.
• Sharp eye for aesthetics, lighting, and timing.
• A self-starter who can bring ideas, experiment, and elevate the brand narrative.
