Social Media Content Creator

CPS Shapers Ltd. brand name Dermawear, founded in 2012, is a pioneer in manufacturing of women & men Shapewears, Bra, Activewear, sportswear, Trunk and other products aimed at boosting the self-confidence of oversized individuals. The company focuses on helping people transition from "Flab to Fit" and provides continuous customer support. Each product is designed for maximum comfort and convenience, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and customization options.

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator For our Clothing brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter) for our clothing range.

2. Create visually appealing and compelling multimedia content, including images, videos, and graphics.

3. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.

4. Track and analyse key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversion, etc.).

5. Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across multiple social media channels.

6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging.

8. Collaboration with social media influencers involves partnering with them to promote our clothing range products & services to their audience, which can increase brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in content creation tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.

2. Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

3. Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.

4. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviour.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

7. Knowledge of analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media content.

8. A keen eye for detail and a creative mind-set.

Requirements:

1. Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

2. Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.

3. Familiarity with SMO principles to optimize social media content for search engines.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
