Social Media & Content Executive

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging content (reels, posts, carousels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Write high-impact captions, blogs, and LinkedIn articles to showcase student journeys and brand milestones
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with academy events
• Manage community engagement: respond to DMs/comments and foster a positive digital community
• Boost organic reach, engagement, and follower growth through innovative strategies
• Track analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements backed by data
• Collaborate with pageant aspirants, influencers, and industry experts to amplify visibility

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience

  in social media & content management (exceptional freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
• Strong English writing & communication skills (non-negotiable)
• Good eye for design and familiarity with Canva / Photoshop
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / InShot / Adobe Premiere Pro – an advantage)
• Ability to take ownership, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
• Interest in pageantry, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus

Important to Know

• Hybrid role

  : Candidates must be available to work from office on agreed days. Location Delhi (Dwarka)

• Screening test mandatory
