As we scale to the next level, we’re seeking a Social Media & Content Executive who can elevate our digital presence with creativity, strategy, and ownership. What You’ll Do Create engaging content (reels, posts, carousels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn Write high-impact captions, blogs, and LinkedIn articles to showcase student journeys and brand milestones Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with academy events Manage community engagement: respond to DMs/comments and foster a positive digital community Boost organic reach, engagement, and follower growth through innovative strategies Track analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements backed by data Collaborate with pageant aspirants, influencers, and industry experts to amplify visibility What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media & content management (exceptional freshers with strong portfolios may apply) Strong English writing & communication skills (non-negotiable) Good eye for design and familiarity with Canva / Photoshop Basic video editing skills (CapCut / InShot / Adobe Premiere Pro – an advantage) Ability to take ownership, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly Interest in pageantry, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus Why Join Us Direct exposure to India’s leading pageant training ecosystem Creative freedom to experiment with bold ideas Networking opportunities with models, pageant winners & industry leaders Growth opportunities as the academy expands Important to Know Hybrid role : Candidates must be available to work from office on agreed days.
