Social Media Associate

We are seeking a Social Media Associate to join our growing team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to develop expertise in content, branding, and digital media within the finance education space.

As a Social Media Associate, you will work closely with the Organic Marketing Head to execute our digital presence across multiple platforms. 

You will contribute to content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution, while gaining hands-on exposure to the processes behind a leading education brand.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

 • Draft and publish engaging content for posts, emails, and newsletters

 • Monitor social media trends and adapt them to create relevant finance-focused content

 • Track performance analytics and prepare regular reports to guide improvements

 • Engage with the community by managing comments, DMs, and interactions

 • Support campaign execution for webinars, product launches, and collaborations

 • Maintain organized content calendars and coordinate asset management

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

 • Strong interest in finance and digital media

 • Proficiency in basic design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar)

 • Excellent writing skills and the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content

 • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

 • Familiarity with current social media trends, tools, and best practices

 • Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata
