The ideal candidate is a qualified CA with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, capable of handling regulatory compliance, financial planning, stakeholder engagement, and leading a high-performing finance team. Key Responsibilities ● Financial Accounting & Reporting: Maintain accurate books of accounts, ensure adherence to accounting standards, and oversee timely monthly closures and approvals. ● Regulatory Compliance: Manage a comprehensive compliance calendar and ensure accurate, timely reporting under GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws. ● Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external consultants, government bodies, vendors, banks, and auditors for smooth finance operations and compliance. ● MIS & Reporting: Design and implement a reliable MIS system to deliver timely and insightful financial reports to senior management. ● Financial Planning & Strategy: Play a strategic role in budgeting, forecasting, and supporting long-term financial decisions aligned with SSEI’s growth goals. ● Cash Flow Management: Create and monitor cash flow forecasts, flagging any deviations or major upcoming expenses to the leadership. ● Audit Management: Lead statutory and internal audits, ensure audit closures, and implement necessary improvements based on findings. ● Risk & Control Framework: Establish financial policies and internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure responsible resource management. ● Resource Optimization & Loss Prevention: Protect company assets through efficient financial practices and proactive risk mitigation strategies. ● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance finance team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Competencies ● Sound knowledge of Indian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards ● Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance ● Strong proficiency in MS Excel, accounting tools, and ERP systems ● Analytical mindset with attention to detail ● Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills ● Ethical, dependable, and proactive decision-maker

As a Social Media Associate, you will work closely with the Organic Marketing Head to execute our digital presence across multiple platforms. You will contribute to content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution, while gaining hands-on exposure to the processes behind a leading education brand.
