Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Organic Marketing & Brand Lead at our Kolkata location. The Organic Marketing & Brand Lead will be responsible for developing and executing organic marketing strategies to enhance the brand's online presence and reach. Daily tasks will include managing social media channels, creating and curating content, optimizing SEO, analyzing website traffic, and engaging with the online community. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure brand consistency and staying updated with the latest marketing trends.

You are a great fit if you:

• Have 3–5 years of experience in organic marketing, content, or brand roles
• Have worked in edtech / finance / premium learning brands (preferred, not mandatory)
• Are creative yet data-driven — know what works and why
• Can think strategically, write powerfully, and execute flawlessly
• Are based in or open to relocating to Kolkata (optional but preferred)
