CREATE is an influencer marketing and talent management agency managing influencers like Monkey Magic, Sidiously, Camerawalebhaiya, Passenger Paramvir and many more, working with a total of 2000+ creators across platforms.

CREATE other than influencer marketing and talent management focuses on creating creator-led brand content along with creative IPs. Our clientele is CRED, SCALER, NYKAA, THIRD WAVE COFFEE, and many more... If you think you are creative then you need to be at CREATE. Our core philosophy is helping creators be brands and brands be creators. We mainly deal with two stakeholders, the first one being creators and the second being brands.

Depending on your job role, you will have a larger exposure to one of these two.As the name suggests we call ourselves CREATE - we aim to assist people in CREATing and we want to be the nurturing ground of the next generation of CREATive talents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute content shoots; handle angle setup, basic lighting, and framing for photo/video reels.
• Record creator-led content, BTS, and product snippets, ensuring crisp audio and steady footage.
• Edit short-form videos with trending sounds, transitions, subtitles, and overlays aligned to the company aesthetic.
• Maintain a cohesive visual grid and style guide across posts, thumbnails, and covers.
• Track, shortlist, and apply Instagram trends, audios, formats, and hooks to content calendars.
• Draft captions, basic text overlays, and export assets in optimal specs for Reels, Stories, and Posts.
• Coordinate shoot logistics: props, shot lists, location readiness, and backup media management.

Tools:

• Canva for design, thumbnails, stories, and brand templates.
• InShot, VN, and CapCut for quick reel edits, transitions, captions, and resizing.
• Comfortable adopting other design and editing software as needed, such as Adobe Express, Premiere Rush, or Lightroom Mobile.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Basic understanding of Instagram content formats and posting best practices.
• Strong aesthetic sense for composition, lighting, color, and visual storytelling.
• Working knowledge of Canva, InShot, VN, and CapCut; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• On-site availability for shoots; organized with media files and deadlines.
• Curious about the creator economy and fast-moving trends.
• Must have their own laptop

Preferred Qualifications:

• Portfolio or links to reels/posts demonstrating editing and aesthetic sense.
• Coursework or prior internship in Media, Design, Communication, or Marketing.
