About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Execute & follow up with the agency on creative

    social media strategies

    aligned with brand objectives.
  • Follow up with the agency on monthly content and campaign deliverables & plans for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other platforms.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep brand content fresh and relevant.
  • Ensure timely posting, engagement, and performance tracking.


2. Digital Campaigns & Performance

  • Monitor the paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) in coordination with the marketing team & agencies.


3.Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Identify, shortlist, and manage influencer partnerships for campaigns.
  • Negotiate deliverables, ensure timely content delivery, and measure impact.
  • Build long-term influencer relationships to maintain consistent brand presence.
  • Track Influencer campaign Led by the agency.


4.WhatsApp & Email Marketing

  • Create and manage WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to drive brand engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with engaging copy and visuals.
  • Track and analyse open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance.
  • Lead the Consumer research Campaign on email Marketing.


5.Creativity & Content Development

  • Generate fresh campaign ideas, interactive formats, and innovative audience engagement concepts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content.


6. Coordination & multi-tasking

  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies for seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay proactive, resolve issues quickly, and ensure agencies deliver on time through constant follow-ups.


Key Skills & Requirements

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in Social & Digital Marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital campaign tools, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Exceptional creativity with an eye for visual storytelling and engaging content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge in campaign analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and improvise when needed.
