Social Media Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Assistant located in New Delhi. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing and implementing content strategies, and optimizing social media platforms for maximum engagement. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as writing posts, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the healthcare or fitness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 0 to 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Internships, freelance work, or personal projects related to social media will also be considered.
• Freshers with strong portfolios or relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.
