Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content for various social media platforms, managing and scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and analyzing social media metrics. Other day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative team to develop content strategies, staying updated with the latest social media trends, and using social media tools to enhance content reach and engagement.

• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to design engaging monthly content calendars.
• Conceptualise and create content that drives engagement, shares, and virality across platforms.
• Write clear, platform-optimised copy for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and more.
• Manage day-to-day operations of client social media channels.
• Handle

  Online Reputation Management (ORM):

  respond to comments, queries, and DMs with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule, post, and manage engagement across multiple platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency.
• Maintain

  channel hygiene

  : monitor brand pages, update assets, and ensure compliance with platform standards.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring creative ideas to life.
• Coordinate with clients for content approvals while aligning with campaign objectives.
• Optimise content for SEO and experiment with emerging formats.
• Track content performance, maintain reporting dashboards, and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and tools.

• Familiar with

  AI-powered content and design tools

  (must-have).
• Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• A strong communicator and

  team player with an eye for detail

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Client servicing ability and an understanding of

  digital marketing

  are a plus.
