What You’ll Do:

• Understand client aspirations and translate them into actionable short-term and long-term social media strategies.
• Create, pitch, and present monthly strategies & campaign ideas aligned with client goals.
• Lead client communications, handle escalations, and build strong, trust-based relationships.
• Supervise performance reports, analyse metrics, and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams for seamless execution.
• Stay updated with emerging digital trends, AI-driven tools, and competitor strategies.
