Social Media Strategist

This role is perfect for someone who lives on Instagram, scrolls Reels for inspiration, and knows how to make content click with audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Develop monthly and weekly

  content strategies

  aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
• Identify and adapt

  trends, formats, and conversations

  that fit BioArt’s tone and audience.
• Collaborate with creators, designers, and copywriters to

  bring ideas to life visually and strategically.

• Track and analyse performance metrics to understand

  what works - and why.

• Help build a strong

  community presence

  by managing engagement, DMs, and comments.
• Brainstorm new campaign concepts that blend

  wellness, storytelling, and aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years experience in social media / marketing / content roles.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging content platforms.
• Basic knowledge of analytics, engagement metrics, and social media tools.
• A love for wellness, beauty, or lifestyle content is a plus.
