Social Media and Marketing Manager

Role: Social Media Manager
Industry: Digital Marketing Agency
Experience: 2–3 years (agency experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts (B2B & B2C)
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with business and campaign goals
• Create, review, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, youtube and X
• Manage reels, carousels, captions, hashtags, and community engagement
• Coordinate with design, performance, and content teams for integrated campaigns
• Track analytics, prepare reports, and present insights to clients
• Stay updated with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes
• Handle direct client communication for approvals, feedback, and strategy discussions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content formats, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Experience managing multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
• Knowledge of paid social is a plus
