We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Strategist to for the planning, coordination, and execution of our brand’s presence across digital platforms. You will shape how Transket communicates online through smart messaging, targeted campaigns, and engagement-focused storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with structured thinking and thrives on growth metrics and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities

Own the content calendar for all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies to grow reach, engagement, and community
Plan and coordinate campaign themes for product features, updates, and events
Work with the design team to brief and review visual assets aligned with messaging
Write, edit, and publish engaging social captions, micro-copy, and promotional text
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, design) for messaging alignment
Track performance metrics using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data
Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and creative benchmarks

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, or digital marketing.
Clear understanding of platform-specific content types and audience behaviour.
Strong writing and editing skills tailored for online platforms.
Familiarity with content tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret engagement data.
Collaborative and organized, able to manage a publishing calendar.
Experience working in a SaaS, tech, or B2B brand environment is a plus.
