Social Media and Content Manager

Location: Gurgaon ( Work from Office)

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Manager to drive our

brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for developing and managing content

strategies across all social platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance

metrics.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn,

X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.

● Plan monthly social media calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals.

● Write, edit, and proof engaging content — captions, blog posts, scripts, and more.

● Collaborate with the design team for creative assets (images, videos, reels).

● Monitor engagement, trends, and community interaction; respond to DMs and comments

where needed.

● Analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics,

etc., and prepare monthly reports.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and leadership to align on

campaigns.

Required Skills

● Proven work experience managing brand social media pages and campaigns.

● Strong command of written English and visual storytelling.

● Ability to draft engaging copy for different platforms.

● Understanding of content performance and analytics.

● Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva (optional, but good to have).

Bonus / Preferred Skills

● Experience in writing for different formats – blogs, scripts, captions, etc.

● Awareness of trends and formats on Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn.

● Exposure to SEO best practices in content writing.

● Ability to work closely with designers and editors to co-create content.
