Position : Social Media and Content Manager

Qualifications:

• Key Responsibilities
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Requirements

• Must be a graduate (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred)
• Strong understanding of SEO and social media trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Performance Expectations

• Improve website SEO rankings and keyword visibility
• Consistent growth in social media engagement and follower count
• Generate leads and increase online visibility through strategic content efforts
• Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
• Write and manage blog posts focused on trending topics and targeted keywords
• Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for SEO optimization
• Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to align content with brand goals
• Engage with audiences and respond to comments/messages professionally
• Drive lead generation through content campaigns and SEO tactics

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
