Role & responsibilities

Required Skills:

Proven experience in analytics delivery, insights generation, and project execution.
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation capabilities.
Hands-on experience with people management, quality assurance, and demand planning.

Roles and responsibilities

Role - Analytics Delivery lead

Location - Mumbai - MDC2C (Vikhroli), Gurgaon - DD5, Bengaluru - BDC10B
Work Model - Hybrid (3 days in a week)
Shift - 12 pm to 9 pm (Should be flexible)
Team Size - 13 FTEs
Regions - All Global regions
Target Orgs - Consumer insights companies, Media Agencies, (ex- Omnicorn, etc.)
Travel requirement - May include international travel (Poland, Mexico, Malasia - collaborate with these onshore teams)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage delivery across multiple analytics workstreams including Digital Analytics, Social Media Analytics, SEO, Consumer Insights, Reporting, and Dashboarding.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of analytics outputs such as reports, presentations (PPTs), and dashboards.
Drive actionable insights through deep dives into consumer behavior and trends.
Coordinate cross-functional analytics initiatives with a preference for candidates having knowledge in Social Media Analytics.

Preferred Tools & Platforms:

Experience with consumer insights and social listening tools like Kantar Track, Talk walker, and Hootsuite.
Proficiency in at least 3 to 4 analytics tools is required.
