Job Description

The Impact: As a Manager of Analytics, you will be at the forefront of translating data into strategic assets. Your leadership will directly influence key business decisions within the Customer Experience organization by delivering predictive insights and actionable recommendations. This role is crucial for driving operational efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping our strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing robust data management and validation processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts to foster their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform decision-making.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline, with 7+ years of experience in the analytics field.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing virtual teams and guiding team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
