Role & responsibilities

Technical Skills:

Data Analysis:
Fundamental understanding of SQL and a working knowledge of statistical analysis.
Data Visualization:
Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create compelling dashboards and reports.

Soft Skills:

Consultant Mindset:
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity and a strategic, big-picture perspective. The ability to identify root causes and design comprehensive solutions.
Communication:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience and present findings to executive leadership.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards a common goal.
Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Adaptability:
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a project management role, preferably focused on data, analytics, or business intelligence in Product companies.
Premier B-school candidates preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from inception to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
Proven experience in a consulting-oriented role, either in a professional services firm or an internal consulting capacity, is a significant plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana,etc).
