Social Media Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee to join our Digital Insights Delivery team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of digital reporting, social media analytics, and consumer insights while working alongside experienced professionals across industries such as entertainment, fashion, QSR, and sports. As a trainee, you will assist in data preparation, tagging, and formatting deliverables—while gaining exposure to the tools, metrics, and storytelling that shape brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data collection, cleaning, and structuring for reporting tasks.
• Follow process guides and SOPs to assist in regular dashboard updates.
• Assist in tagging social media posts and categorizing content accurately.
• Learn digital KPIs and reporting formats used across different platforms and verticals.
• Collaborate with consultants and analysts to deliver timely, error-free output.
• Take initiative to understand client expectations and reporting goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).
• Good communication and comprehension skills.
• Comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained.

Good to Have

• Exposure to digital marketing or social media analytics (via coursework, projects, or internships).
• Familiarity with content tagging, Boolean logic, or basic research tasks
