Job Summary : We are seeking a politically informed and data-oriented Social Media Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of online behaviour, voter sentiment, and social media dynamics. Job Details : • Tenure: Full Time • Experience Required: 1-3 years • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Responsibilities : • Monitor performance across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X),YouTube, and WhatsApp. • Deliver regular reports on audience engagement, regional reach, and voter sentiment. • Plan and run digital Campaigns, track performance, and implement improvements. • Analyze audience segments and regional trends to support content and messaging strategies. • Support real-time analysis during events, speeches, and major campaign activities. • Collaborate with creative and field teams to align digital messaging with on-ground efforts. • Handle Social Media Accounts, post content, responds to messages, and track engagement. • Recommend data-driven actions to improve reach and connect with target voter groups. Required Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. • Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in social media analytics or digital communications. • Familiarity with India’s political and digital media landscape is a Plus. • Proficient in analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc. • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for handling and interpreting data. • Ability to convert data insights into actionable recommendations. • Fluent in English and Hindi.
