Social Media Analyst

Key Responsibilities Content Creation: o Develop and schedule engaging posts, videos, and graphics. o Craft engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) o Stay updated on viral formats, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes. Platform Management: o Stay updated on platform changes to maximize reach and engagement o Design and execute campaigns unique to each platform’s audience and features. Community Engagement: o Ensuring respectful and constructive interactions o Timely, friendly, and brand-aligned replies to build trust. o Encouraging participation and feedback by running polls and Q&A. Analytics s Optimization: o Track performance metrics and refine strategies. o Understand demographics, behavior, and preferences to tailor content. o Refine visuals, hashtags, and copy based on performance data. Collaboration: o Work with marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns. o Share insights from analytics and community engagement to inform product development or customer support strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
