Social Media Analyst

Alliance Polysacks, a leading manufacturer of PP woven bags, and we are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Analyst to expand our digital footprint. If you have a flair for content creation, a passion for branding, and the ability to make brands shine online, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Design, write, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories highlighting products, company updates, and festive occasions.
• Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create festive and seasonal campaigns to connect with audiences and increase visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand communication.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and recommend new ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in handling social media tools, scheduling, and analytics.
• Creative mindset with strong visual and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
