• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning.
• Create high-quality ad copies, creatives (with design team), and landing page suggestions.
• Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• A/B test creatives, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad features.
• Expertise in Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager)
• Knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, funnels & remarketing
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
• Strong knowledge of pixels, tracking, conversions & analytics
• Excellent communication & reporting skills
• Creative mindset for developing high-impact ad strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in paid marketing or performance marketing
• Certification in Meta Ads / Google Ads is an added advantage
