Department: Marketing / Social Media

Reporting To: Social Media Lead / Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Account Management

Manage and operate multiple social media accounts across assigned platforms

Ensure regular posting schedules, content quality, and brand consistency

Maintain alignment with each client’s brand voice, guidelines, and objectives

2. Client Account Handling & Deliverables

Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks

Ensure timely execution of deliverables as per agreed timelines

Coordinate internally with content, design, and marketing teams to avoid delays or quality gaps

3. AI Tools Exploration & Team Support

Explore, learn, and implement AI tools for social media content ideation, creation, and optimization

Share AI workflows, insights, and best practices with the team

Support continuous improvement in AI-driven content generation processes

4. Client Communication & Coordination

Communicate with clients through calls and discussions to explain services, workflows, and progress

Address client queries in a clear, confident, and professional manner

Follow defined communication processes (training and guidance will be provided internally)

5. Client Call Scheduling & Availability

Schedule client calls based on mutual availability

Handle international client calls that may fall outside standard office hours due to time zone differences

Ensure call timings are planned in advance to maintain coordination and work-life balance

6. Creative & Design Team Collaboration

Assist the design team by providing marketing inputs, content ideas, and industry references

Ensure creatives are optimized for platform-specific performance and audience engagement

Review content and creatives to ensure alignment with campaign goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Interest and adaptability in using AI tools for content and marketing
  • Good coordination and teamwork abilities
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with international clients
  • Exposure to AI tools for content creation and ideation
  • Knowledge of social media trends, engagement strategies, and best practices
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and content calendars
