Role Overview: You will collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. Additionally, you will develop effective social media strategies aligned with clients" overall marketing objectives. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms will be crucial for recommending innovative strategies. Your role will involve creating engaging and compelling content across various social media channels and coordinating content calendars to ensure timely and relevant posts. Utilizing multimedia elements like graphics and videos to enhance social media presence will also be a part of your responsibilities. Managing and optimizing social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others will be essential. Monitoring social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to client industries and responding to comments, messages, and interactions on social media in a timely and professional manner will be key tasks. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and conduct regular client meetings to discuss strategy, performance, and upcoming initiatives. Providing proactive recommendations and insights to enhance client satisfaction will also be part of your role.
