Job Description

The social media and account executives major mission is to attract new customers while turning them into avid advocates of HRBx. Youll clinch new business sales by showing how HRBx will transform the way they attract talent forever. Youll be in charge of creating social media and digital strategy, posts, collaborating with prospects to understand their business goals, issues, and pain areas, presenting ROI metrics, and sharing industry knowledge and best practices. Youll also gain deep customer insights and competitive knowledge to ensure that HRBx delivers extraordinary, innovative solutions and delights customers every step of the way. Youll be a critical part of HRBxs success by working with the leadership team to develop repeatable processes and best practices to keep our customers coming back.

  • Manage prospects from lead to close and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Create a comprehensive social media strategy and posts for each customer.
  • Manage several clients simultaneously, representing the organization well, maintaining relationships, and adding value for our customers.
  • Communicate proposals with customer stakeholders to secure approval before contract execution.
  • Teach industry insights and productivity best practices to tailor our message and drive lasting organizational behavior change across our client base.
  • Take control of the sales process to create a delightful customer experience based on mutual trust and respect.
  • Develop deep customer insights and competitive knowledge to ensure HRBx provides remarkable quality and creates delight during every step of the customer journey.
  • Document all customer communication on email and keep the leadership team informed.
  • Be intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, collaborative, team-oriented, honest, and seek to improve by 1%+ every day with a growth mindset.

Experience: You have 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing and account management.
Communication: You communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing, including explaining technical concepts. Organization: You have excellent organizational and time management skills. You can simultaneously manage multiple customer accounts, projects, and deadlines. Quantitative skills: You have experience analyzing data, trends, and customer information to identify product and growth opportunities. Relationship architect: You can form genuine bonds with others and deal with interpersonal issues as they emerge. Influencer: You can influence and inspire people.
