Graphic Designer

As our graphic designer, you will help bring our clients talent brand story to life. Your visuals will weave fuel a narrative that is attractive to the very best talent for our clients. Youll be a critical part of HRBxs success by working with the leadership and talent branding teams to develop repeatable processes and best practices to keep our customers coming back.

Design and submit examples of graphic arrangement, size, type size, and style to clients to create a cohesive brand tone.
Be proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Coral Draw, Canva, etc. to create a wide range of images and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites. Liaise with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and teammates as required. Discuss layout and design recommendations with clients in line with digital marketing strategy. Work closely with the team to discuss ideas, receive input, and re-evaluate digital strategies. Be intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, collaborative, team-oriented, honest, and seek to improve by 1%+ every day with a growth mindset.

Experience: You have 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
Communication: You communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing, including explaining technical concepts. Organization: You have excellent organizational and time management skills. You can simultaneously manage multiple customer accounts, projects, and deadlines. Quantitative skills: You have experience analyzing data, trends, and customer information to identify product and growth opportunities. Relationship architect: You can form genuine bonds with others and deal with interpersonal issues as they emerge. Influencer: You can influence and inspire people.
