Job Description

From viral reels to killer campaigns—if you can handle both, your desk is waiting.

You'll work closely with our Brand Strategist and Co-founder to develop copy that effectively communicates our brand message and connects with our audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives, brand messaging, and campaign goals.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and performance against KPIs.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored for major social platforms, overseeing both organic and paid media efforts.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and campaign performance, leveraging insights for ongoing optimization and ROI improvement.
  • Supervise campaign execution, tracking progress from inception to completion.
  • Deploy, coordinate, and coordinate with outsourced and external vendors or influencers as needed for campaign implementation.
  • Engage with followers and target audiences, fostering community growth and responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal/external partners (designers, copywriters, agencies) to develop compelling campaign assets and adapt to trends.
  • Manage advertising budgets for both campaign and always-on social, ensuring cost-effectiveness and spending controls.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices; apply findings to strategy and content.
  • Organize brand events, contests, and promotions as part of larger campaigns to drive engagement and gather leads.


What We're Looking For:

  • Expertise in social media management, integrated marketing campaign planning, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting and acting on data insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with major social platforms, management tools, analytics systems, and paid advertising dashboards.
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and managing external partners or agencies.
  • Ability to multitask, work to deadlines, and adapt smoothly to changing requirements.
  • Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred; relevant certifications or demonstrated experience also valued.
