About The Role

Social Media Professional

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Plan monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  

Content & Creative

• Create engaging content ideas, briefs, captions, and trending concepts.
• Coordinate with designers, video teams, or agencies for creatives and reels.
• Research industry trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
  

Execution & Management

• Post and manage content across all relevant social platforms.
• Handle community management: respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers.
• Run basic social media campaigns or coordinate with performance teams.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, video views, traffic, etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and derive insights for improvement.
• Monitor competitors and suggest best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to think creatively and work in fast-paced environments.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
• Knowledge of reels editing, basic video editing, or Canva.
• Exposure to influencer marketing or social listening tools.
