Operating in the Data & Analytics / Cloud Data Warehousing sector, this role supports enterprise analytics, reporting, and modern ELT architectures for customers across industries. The team builds scalable, secure data platforms on cloud-native data warehouses to enable self-service analytics and operational reporting.

Snowflake Data Engineer

About The Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site Snowflake Developer for an India-based engagement. You will join a delivery-focused data engineering team responsible for designing, implementing, and operating Snowflake-based data platforms that power analytics, BI, and downstream ML use-cases.Role & Responsibilities

Design and implement Snowflake data models, schemas, and ELT pipelines to ingest data from transactional and streaming sources.
Develop and maintain Snowflake objects (tables, views, stages, file formats), Snowpipe ingestion, Streams & Tasks, and stored procedures.
Author performant SQL and Python-based transformation logic; implement dbt models or equivalent ELT transformations.
Optimize query performance and warehouse sizing; implement partitioning/clustering, result caching and query profiling best practices.
Build automated CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and operational runbooks for deployments and monitoring.
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, documented solutions and SLAs.

Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
Proven hands-on experience implementing Snowflake solutions and production-grade ELT pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting mindset with experience in performance tuning and operationalizing data platforms.
