Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced SNOW (ServiceNow) SAM professional with 8+ years of experience. The position is based in Noida. The role involves managing ServiceNow’s Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, ensuring compliance with license agreements, optimizing software purchases, and improving IT operational efficiencies. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business needs, developing and implementing SAM solutions, and providing detailed reporting on software asset data. Additional tasks involve monitoring compliance standards and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) practices and tools
• Experience with IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, and software license compliance
• Proficiency in analyzing business needs, implementing SAM solutions, and delivering data reporting
• Familiarity with IT infrastructures, cloud platforms, and asset management frameworks
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and communication skills
• Experience in mentoring team members and delivering scalable IT solutions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certifications in ServiceNow or IT Asset Management are highly desirable
