Role Description

The Manager - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in aligning HR practices with business objectives and driving employee engagement. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to design and implement HR strategies, managing employee relations, supporting performance management programs, and developing initiatives that foster a positive work culture. The Manager - HRBP will also lead talent acquisition, support learning and development, and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal standards. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Bengaluru North.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience and skills in talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development
  • Proficiency in performance management, change management, and organizational development
  • Thorough knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Skilled in strategic workforce planning and HR analytics
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Experience in dynamic industries such as BFSI, energy, healthcare, or technology is preferred
