Role - SMO – Service Asset and Configuration Manager Years of Experience - 7 to 12 years Location - Pune and Chennai Service Management (CMDB) Hands On in ServiceNow Asset and Configuration Management Module Knowledge and experience of Service Management/Operation process and its environment. Knowledge of the ITIL framework as well as high level of IT technical competence. Experience in CSDM & Service Mapping. Basic knowledge of Application Lifecycle and Environments. Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities and the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization/project. Knowledge on Planning & Forecasting. ITIL foundation, ITIL intermediate- Service Design (SD) Planning Knowledge and experience of Agile / Lean / Six sigma methodologies and their application ITIL certified Govern end to end lifecycle of all Asset/CI’s Assist the SACM process owner with process enhancements & Changes and CMDB and configuration item scope definition Help to define and maintain CI attributes Execute CI identification activities to coordinate and manage compliance to CI identification/registration procedures Perform verification and audit activities to ensure that changes to the CMDB data are recorded and authorized Maintaining of high level of correctness, completeness and compliance of Assets & CIs Co-ordinate and deliver SACM training, best practice advice and guidance Perform any other tasks that organization or process owner required Show more Show less
