Appsierra Group is looking for SMM Trainee to join our team

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to reach targeted audiences.
Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly.
Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative content creation.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
